On Mike's last day of training, he was able to get out of class a little early, so we rented this bad boy and headed out for an adventure to the everglades.
We stopped at the Gator Park to take an airboat tour.
Mike's coworker, Shane, and his wife, Kaylee, came along for the ride.
The tour was fun but it was nice to come back and cool off at the gator show.
Then we got to hold a real, live gator!
And mess around a bit.
We contemplated bringing this home for the kids, but settled on some toys and claws instead.
After the gator park, we decided to take a LONG drive to the Florida Keys.
They weren't all that exciting or overly enticing, but now we can say we've been there and done that.
