Our Journey to the Eliptical of Life

 Last night for FHE, Hallie and Mike taught us about Lehi's vision of the Tree of Life in the Book of Mormon.  They taught us that we need to hold fast to the Iron Rod (word of God) to make it to the Tree of Life and, essentially, gain eternal life.  Hallie and Mike made an "Iron Rod" and we blind folded the kids and helped them on their journey to the Tree of Life.

 When they finally made it to the tree (the eliptical), they were able to partake of the fruit (candy).

 We had a great time and enjoyed partaking of the fruit!

Two Front Teeth

 My little Bryant has finally lost his two front teeth.  Isn't he cute?!  Oh, it makes me sad to see him grow up so fast.

Polar Bear Club

 Who goes swimming in the middle of winter?  We do.  We decided to put on our goggles and head to the rec center for FHE.

 Cameron was so excited to wear his new goggles...

 And go down the yellow slide with Daddy.

 Until he could go down with Mommy.

 And then he wouldn't let me out of his sight.

 Bryant and Hallie had a great time, too.

 Especially playing with the underwater camera.

 Cameron had some underwater fun, too.

Good times.

Snow

  

After it snowed last Saturday, we decided we had better take the kids sledding since we didn't know if/when it would happen again.  This was Cameron's first time and he LOVED it!

 

  

He was such a trooper-- he wanted to carry his sled himself the whole time, even though it took him a little longer to get where he wanted to go.

 

  

We took Hallie's friend, Addy, with us.  They had a blast.  They would fly down the hill and crash at the bottom and laugh like crazy.

We crashed.  Big time.

 

The poor kid was covered.  But he loved it.

Bryant had a great time, too

  

Until he went head first into the snow.

 

We had a great time.  Hopefully we'll be able go again soon.

Capri 16 months

 This is my cute little niece, Capri.  We were about 4 months late getting these done, so she is really almost 18 months old, but I just had to get some birthday shots of her in my new highchair from 929 Design.  Thanks, Breanna!  Anywho... these are some of my favorites from Capri's 1 year old shoot.  Enjoy!
