We decided to head down south to the Manti Pageant. We drove to Spanish Fork and stayed the night. The next day we went to Maple Canyon to do some hiking.
We climbed up this super high cliff. Cameron was a little nervous and Bryant never made it to the top.
Mike finally got him to smile.
We went up the trail a bit further to try to find a waterfall. We told the kids that we wouldn't be able to make it all the way because it was too steep and they were too little.
Bryant wasn't too happy about that.
The kids decided to try to climb up the cliff anyway.
But that didn't work. He couldn't reach the rope.
So he gave us a piece of his mind. Or his butt.
And, Cameron had to copy his big brother.
Hallie was feeling like a grump, too.
Bryant decided he needed to climb the cliff, too. Finally.
And then we had some lunch.
That photo of Mike by himself is a very nice one - such a handsome, nice guy. I like the one of you two together too. Naturally, my favorites were of the grumpy kids who were determined to climb a mountain. Go kids!!!!!
