When I finally woke up the next morning, this is what I saw. Mike had been up for hours exploring the resort, reading and enjoying the view from our room at the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua, Maui.
When I finally got up, he was excited to give me the tour.
After about a 7-minute walk from our room, we made it to the beach, which was gorgeous but not the best for swimming. Because we were so busy all week, we never actually spent much time at the resort, except to sleep. But it was beautiful.
Mike was really excited to show me the random chickens that were everywhere and the gardens/orchard on the resort property.
The gardens were cool, but the trees were full of SPIDERS! Yikes!
