We went to Mueller Park for FHE Monday night.
We picked up some pizza from Little Caesars since I was too tired to make anything and headed to the canyon.
The kids found some great walking sticks and we started up the trail to find a spot to eat.
Mike took us on this crazy hike that lead to no where and when I was finally so exhausted he found another "trail" that lead straight down the mountain. We were lucky we didn't all slide down the mountain.
We finally made it down the mountain and found a place to eat.
Then Mike taught us a lesson: God made all of the leaves and trees and plants, and they're all different. Aren't these trees beautiful? They are all so beautiful in their own way. Do you think they would be as beautiful if they were all the same shape, size and color? No. Just like these leaves, Heavenly Father made us different and being ourselves is what makes us beautiful.
