Happy 9th birthday to my baby girl! Hallie, you are a spunky little ball of joy and surprises. We should have known you would turn out this way because when you were a baby you were always so alert and wanted to be part of the action. We love your energy and smile, and the way that you try to make others happy. You have amazing creativity and we love the little notes and pictures you draw for us to tell us that you love us. You are so good and we are so happy that you try to do what is right and make good choices. Happy Birthday Hallie! We love you!
