This weekend we started working on our backyard again. We are getting ready to pour a patio and pathway to the front yard and do some more planting. We decided to get our fire pit a little early. So, Saturday afternoon we had our first backyard fire. It was so much fun.
We roasted hot dogs and twinkies for dinner.
Cameron thought he was so grown up roasting his own hot dog.
It was FREEZING so we had to sit pretty close to the flames to stay warm. We smelled awesome when we were finished.
I promised Bryant that we would make one of the recipes from the cookbook Bryant brought home from school so he we really excited that we could cook it on the fire.
Cameron was having a tought time with the smoke so he put on some glasses.
